【摘要】:ISO21150:2006givesgeneralguidelinesforthedetectionandidentificationofthespecifiedmicroorganismEscherichiacoliincosmeticproducts.MicroorganismsconsideredasspecifiedinISO21150:2006mightdifferfromcountrytocountryaccordingtonationalpracticesorregulations.ISO21150:2006specifiesamethodthatisbasedonthedetectionofEscherichiacoliinanon-selectiveliquidmedium(enrichmentbroth),followedbyisolationonaselectiveagarmedium.Othermethodsmaybeappropriatedependingonthelevelofdetectionrequired.Becauseofthelargevarietyofcosmeticproductswithinthisfieldofapplication,thismethodmaynotbeappropriateforsomeproductsineverydetail(e.g.certainwater-immiscibleproducts).OtherInternationalStandardsmaybemoreappropriate.
