【摘要】:ISO3828:2008establishesthevocabularyforthevarioustermsinuserelativetoship'sdeckmachinery.Itdefines,inEnglish,generaltermsusedinconnectionwiththissubject,andincludesspecifictermsassociatedwithanchoringandmooring,cargohandling,towing,ancillarydeckequipmentandspecialdeckmachineryofworkingandoceanographicresearchships.Inthepreparationofthisvocabulary,carehasbeentakentostandardizeonlysuitabletermsanddefinitionsandnottoperpetuateunsuitabletermsbecauseoftheiruseinthepast.Theillustrationgivenagainsttherespectivetermsarepurelydiagrammaticandhavebeendevelopedtoprovideforanyseriesofcombinationofsymbols,torepresenttherespectivetypeofdeckmachinery.
