【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecification(CEN/TS15606:2009)specifiesahighperformanceliquidchromatographic(HPLC)methodwithUV-detectionforthedeterminationofacesulfame-K,aspartame,neohesperidinedihydrochalconeandsaccharininfoodstuffs.Themethodhasbeenfullyvalidatedforthedialysisprocedurethroughcollaborativetrial(see8.2,8.3andAnnexC),accordingtotheIUPACHarmonisedProtocol,onthefollowinganalytematrixcombinations:-acesulfame-K(from86mg/Lto331mg/L)andaspartame(from97mg/kgto610mg/L)inwater-baseddrink,fruit-baseddrink,cheesecakewithbiscuitbase,cannedsoupandinstantchocolatedrink-saccharin(from70mg/Lto97mg/kg)inwater-baseddrink,fruit-baseddrink,cheesecakewithbiscuitbaseandcannedsoup;-neohesperidine-dihydrochalcone(from27mg/Lto57mg/kg)inwater-baseddrink,fruit-baseddrinkandcannedsoup.
